SHOW RULES

EXHIBITORS PLEASE READ

* VERY IMPORTANT
Under no circumstances must unwell cavies be brought to the show.  No Medical procedures to be performed at show, unless emergencies.

* ENTRY FEES
All our shows are under SCC rules, and all entry fees must be paid regardless of whether you or cavies are absent.  If you are not able to make it to the show, please ensure that your entry is paid as soon as possible.  Prize money is calculated on the total entry for a class and that includes yours!

* EARLY LIFTING
Any exhibitor wishing to leave the show before judging has finished must clear with the secretary.  Prize money will only be paid out in person after the show has been taken down.

* EXHIBITORS AND STEWARDS
Exhibitors and stewards must not in any way interfere with the judging, indicate which are their cavies, or remark on any cavy that is being judged.  The judging book is the property of the club officials and the designated judge and must not be scrutinized by any person other than these.  If you wish to ask the judge for comments or discuss your cavy in any way, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL JUDGING HAS FINISHED.

* SALE PENS
Maximum of 3 sale pens per exhibitor/member, preferably booked with entry.  Cavies to be over 8 weeks old.  Healthy stock only.  No in-pig sows.  Sale stock to be booked in with stewards at their discretion.  Money for stock sold will not be paid out until after 3pm.

BOXING YOUR CAVIES

When you box your cavies at the end of the show,
please use the bins provided to empty your cages completely.
